Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DVOR AI ("we", "us", the "App"), operated by Joppe Sabbe, handles your information when you use the DVOR AI mobile application. By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we process

• Room photos and scans. When you snap, upload, or scan a room, we process that image (and, for LiDAR scans, room geometry) to generate your AI design. This is the core function you ask us to perform.
• Design content. The renders, moodboards, palettes and projects you create.
• Purchase status. Whether you hold an active subscription or credits. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never receive your card details.
• Diagnostics & usage. Anonymous, aggregated data about crashes and feature usage to improve the App.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, address, or phone number.

2. How we use your information

• To generate the designs, analyses, and 3D models you request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your room photos to train AI models.

3. Third-party processing

To generate designs, your image and a text prompt are sent to trusted AI generation providers (for example, image-generation services such as fal.ai and kie.ai) and to our own processing server. These providers process the image only to return your result. We also use Apple for App distribution and payments. Cloud-processed images are used transiently to produce your result and are not retained for longer than necessary to deliver the service.

4. Storage and retention

Your projects and renders are stored primarily on your device. Images sent for cloud processing are held only briefly to generate and return your result, then deleted from the processing pipeline. Diagnostic data is retained in aggregate form only.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR and California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because most data lives on your device, deleting the App removes it. For any request, contact us at joppesabbe73@icloud.com.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) transport, to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
